ECHT OFFERS A HASSLE FREE RETURNS POLICY
Any new item can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery, or alternatively you can exchange your product within 30 days.
Please note If an exchange is out of stock, you will be automatically refunded for the item
*SALE/CLEARANCE ITEMS: Exchange/Store credit only. (If an exchange is out of stock, you will be automatically be refunded store credit for the item).
To ensure a smooth return process, please inspect your product as soon as it arrives. Before removing any tags/factory tape and before wearing it, ask yourself the following questions:
If your answer to either question is "no" then the sportswear item must be repackaged immediately in order to be eligible for a return. Once the tags/factory tape has been removed, ECHT will not accept the returned item
In the event you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately. Please do not return any damaged goods before getting in touch with our customer care team through our contact page.
In the unlikely circumstance you are not content with your purchase, you may return the parcel to us in secure and protected packaging for a exchange/refund within the guidelines below.
Currently, you are responsible for the cost in returning your item to us.
3 SIMPLE CONDITIONS FOR A SUCCESSFUL RETURN
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM
1. Ensure you meet our 3 simple conditions for successful returns.
2. Book your return by clicking: Return Lodgement (*Note please select: I will ship myself)
Order number: You can find your order number through your order confirmation email that was sent out after you placed your order (P.S check your junk mail) or you can check by logging into your ECHT account.
3. Please print the returns form generated by the Returns Lodgement. If you're unable to print the form, include a handwritten note detailing your order number, and what you want to be exchanged/refunded.
4. Prepare your parcel and pop your returns form inside. (If you do not include a form or a note we will be unable to identify your return and it will not be processed).
5. Ship the item back to us by dropping it off at an Australian Post Office (Currently, you are responsible for the cost in returning your item to us)

6. Please keep your tracking number/receipt returns process can take up to 7 working days, you will be notified by email once your returns have been processed.
