EXCHANGES

All items can b e returned for an exchange within 30 days from delivery date if they are unworn, unwashed. Our team will inspect your item and if it is not in a good condition your request will not be actioned and you will be liable for any costs to send the items back to you.

SWIMWEAR- Do not peel off the hygiene label. Any return of swimwear and hygiene label has been removed or tampered with will not be accepted by ECHT.

If your requested exchange is out of stock or you are seeking an alternative product with a price difference - a store credit will be automatically issued unless you specify something different in your returns form.

USA customers - exchanges will be in the form of a store credit only.

CHANGE OF MIND/WRONG SIZE  

Items purchased can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund (excluding sale items).

Items returned beyond 14 days from the date of delivery period can be exchanged or a store credit issued within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Please inspect your products as soon as they arrive.

HOW TO LODGE A RETURN 

You are currently responsible for the cost of returning items to us

1. Download a returns form

If you cannot print the form - write a handwritten note with all the information required in the form.

2. Fill in the form including your order #

It should be 6 digits and is not your Afterpay number. You can find your order number through your order confirmation email.

3. Ship the item back to us (you are responsible for paying for the shipping to return the item back to us) and you can use any carrier

Don't forget to include your returns forms so our team can process it correctly

5. Keep your tracking number and receipt

6. Please allow 2-3 days from the date the parcel is received by us to process. We will email you to notify you of the outcome of your return

7. If you do not provide a returns form we are unable to process it and not liable for your return not being processed correctly.

 

HOW TO LODGE A RETURN (USA CUSTOMERS ONLY)

Good news! We now offer returns from the USA for a flat fee of $15USD per order!

Items purchased can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund (excluding sale items).

Items returned beyond 14 days from the date of delivery period - a store credit can be issued within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Please inspect your products as soon as they arrive and keep all the packaging and picking slip.

Returns will only be accepted if the items are unworn, unwashed and with original packaging.

If you have a faulty item - do not proceed with this step, instead fill out the Faulty Form 

How it works

1. Start by completing our returns Returns Form (USA)

    To ensure that your return is processed correctly, please make sure to print out the return form and place it inside the parcel with your items.
 
      If you cannot print the form, please include a handwritten note with the required information just like our returns form and pop it inside!
 

2. Log into our RETURNS PORTAL (USA)  

    One return label per order only.

    Please disregard information and instructions shown on portal page. Please continue to follow the steps on this page.

3. Download and print the returns label and attach it to the items you are returning.

4. Drop off your return package in any of the following USA mail locations:

5. Once we receive your return, we will be in contact to process your request.

6. The fee of $15USD will be deducted from your refund or store credit when your return parcel has been processed by our team.
