Australia Post is fully functional and is still delivering within Australia and internationally. However, due to flight restrictions and lockdowns from Victoria, things may be taking a little longer, so please allow extra time for shipping delays.

For all orders outside of Australia, DHL Express remains unaffected. Please note DHL Express cannot deliver to a PO Box address

If your tracking update is 'Enroute', please understand that it is on its way. This means that is awaiting arrival scans in the destination country. This is severely delayed due to current flight disruptions and government restrictions. Australia Post are working with partner airlines and other postal operators to move things as quickly as possible

  • in other locations around the front of your property
  • if you’ve received a card, SMS or email notifying you that it’s been delivered to your local Post Office
