Any new item can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery, or alternatively you can exchange your product within 30 days.

Please note If an exchange is out of stock, you will be automatically refunded for the item

In the event you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately. Please do not return any damaged goods before getting in touch with our customer care team through our contact page.

RETURNS SHIPPING?

In the unlikely circumstance you are not content with your purchase, you may return the parcel to us in secure and protected packaging for a refund or exchange within the guidelines below. Currently, you are responsible for the cost in returning your item to us.

WHAT DO I DO?

Firstly, fill in our returns form which is downloadable here. If you're unable to print this form, include a handwritten note detailing your order number, and what you want to be exchanged/refunded.

Prepare your parcel and pop your returns form inside. Then ship the item back to us by dropping it off at an Australian Post Office and await a quick response from our customer service team who will handle this with pleasure and process either the exchange or your refund. 

Currently, you are responsible for the cost in returning your item to us.

How long does returns take to process?

IMPORTANT TIPS

To ensure a smooth return process, please inspect your product as soon as it arrives. Before removing any tags/factory tape and before wearing it, ask yourself the following questions:

  • Is the item working perfectly?
  • Is it in good condition?

If your answer to either question is "no" then the sportswear item must be repackaged immediately in order to be eligible for a return. Once the tags/factory tape has been removed, ECHT will not accept the returned item
