Sometimes our emails go into your spam folder, please check there first. If your spam folder is empty, please email us at: support@echt.com.au  and our customer service team will be happy to assist.

Echt ships from Australia, I am overseas, do I have to pay customs charges?
It depends on which country you are shipping to. It is best to familiarise yourself with this before ordering if you are not prepared to pay the extra fee set by customs.

I want to return or exchange an item, who pays for shipping?
Return shipping for change of mind or incorrect fit is the customers responsibility and non-refundable. We recommend keeping your tracking details as ECHT are not liable for returns lost in transit. In the event of your order not being quite right, please email our team at support@echt.com.au with photographic evidence of the issue and we will investigate, if verified, our team will issue you a return label.

What is your shipping policy?

Can I exchange an item?
Yes, unless it is a final sale item. To lodge your return/exchange and purchase a prepaid label here.

What is your returns policy?
Our returns policy can be found here: https://echt.com.au/pages/returns-and-exchanges It is recommended that you read and understand this policy prior to ordering.

When will my return be processed?
Our PO Box is emptied at 8.30 am each day, so any parcels delivered after this time are collected the following business day.

Once we have received your return, our team will process your request and email you once complete. This can take 5 - 7 business days.
How do I sign up for the Rewards program?
To start earning points you can either up by creating an account or complete your order and checkout as guest. Points will be automatically added.

Earn Points
You will earn 1 point for every dollar spent.

Redeem Points
1. To access and redeem your Rewards go to this page
2. To claim a Rewards Product, simply add the item(s) into your cart and apply your code at checkout. Please note you will need to pay for postage if claiming a reward product on its own.
Please note: Maximum of 1 redemption per order. Redeeming the Reward Product by itself incurs a shipping fee.

Which leggings are right for me?
We have a variety of leggings and pants to suit all activities and body types!
Use our Activity Filter and select the activities you are most likely going to wear our leggings for and then take your pick!
