RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

HOW DO I RETURN? 

Items purchased from ECHT can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery, or alternatively you can exchange or receive Credit on your product within 30 days. Exchanges for alternative products and where there is a price difference - a store credit will be issued.

Please inspect your product/s as soon as it arrives and please keep all packaging and picking slip. Returns can only be accepted if items are unworn and unwashed and size label is intact, with original packaging.

If your returned item is not in good condition - your return request will not be actioned. If there are no instructions included with your returned products a store credit will be automatically issued.

SWIMWEAR- Do not peel off the hygiene label. Any return of swimwear and hygiene label has been removed or tampered with will not be accepted by ECHT.

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN YET?

If you have sent your return with a tracked service, please check your tracking number before getting in touch with us.

Once we have received your return, please allow 2-3 working days for us to process your return request.

DOMESTIC RETURNS

Depending on the courier service used to return your item(s), it can take up to 7 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) to be delivered to us and processed by our returns team.

We'll notify you by email once the return has been processed for either an exchange or a refund.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Depending on the courier service used to return your item(s), it can take up to 7 - 21 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) to be delivered to us and processed by our returns team.

What is a sale item?

Items that are automatically discounted on our website.

Items that are not full priced.

Items that are purchased using FLASH20 discount code.

Can I used discount code on sale items?

Discount codes cannot be applied to items that are automatically discounted

Can I return sale items for an exchange, refund or store credit?

All sale items are subject to your returns policy. This means sale items can only be exchanged for another item of similar value or a store credit issued (unless it falls under the Australian Consumer Law (Vic).

I just made a purchase and now the item I purchased is on sale - can you price match?

Unfortunately we are unable to amend any orders already confirmed and this includes price matching items that were purchased for full priced but are not on sale.
